No fax payday loans and more for your financial needs

Those consumers who have not been properly served by the traditional banking establishment need an outlet through which their immediate financial needs can be met. Dollar Financial Group understands this; that’s why they’ve developed outlets like Money Mart (See www.moneymart.com/MM/default.asp), Loan Mart and Money Shop for consumers in the U.S., Canada (www.moneymart.ca/) and the United Kingdom. No fax payday loans, check cashing, wire transfers, prepaid debit cards and many more services fall under the banner of the Dollar Financial Group. In one form or another, these are services the company has been bringing consumers since they opened their doors in 1979.

Putting people first – but what kind of people?

Money Mart and Loan Mart certainly put their customers first. But are they taking advantage of people living on the margins? That’s a common misconception that critics of the no fax payday loans industry try to spread. The truth is that Money Mart and Loan Mart have studied their customer demographics and found that their average customer is 35 years old. Many work in skilled trades, service or clerical jobs. Seventy-seven percent of all customers are under 45, and many are underserved by traditional banking networks, particularly those that demand strong credit before they will give loans to an individual. Considering how far the credit of traditional banks has fallen, perhaps they shouldn’t be so discriminating.

Tale of the online tape for Money Mart in the U.S. and Canada

Moneymart.com, the U.S. online portal, drew 10,904 unique visitors in December 2009, which marked a 27.98 percent increase over the previous month. Their total monthly visitors essentially remained the same, however, at 10,998. Moneymart.ca, by comparison, is much less known. According to compete.com, they had 1,373 unique visitors in December 2009, a 50 percent increase over the previous month. Unfortunately, that reflected their total number of monthly visitors, a 6.41 percent decrease from November 2009.

Search methods for moneymart.com began with google.com at 52.79 percent, followed by referrals from moneymart.ca (5.34 percent) and yahoo.com (4.70 percent). Moneymart.ca, on the other hand, got most of its traffic from the Web site thisishowyoudoit.com (36.90 percent). Moneymart.com U.S. referrals (27.81 percent) and google.com (5.77 percent) followed behind.

Search terms used most often by consumers to reach moneymart.com included “money mart” (14.98 percent), “pay day loan tulsa ok” (8.31 percent) and “money mart check cashing (7.82 percent). Moneymart.ca customers searched for “loan mart payday loans” (59.29 percent), “payday loans by money gram or western union” (27.91 percent) and “money mart” (12.80 percent).

Have you applied for a payday loan at a local loan mart within the last few months? If you have, then you might have been asked to sign a petition stating that you won’t support the current initiative that’s trying take your right to obtain short term loans away. There seems to be a team of politicians and city hall officials, who want to pass this bill purely for political reasons. These people who are lobbying for this change have no real reason to meddle in the subject and really don’t care. They never needed to take out a short term loan because they have never been in a situation that required cash now. Most of these people have always had the means to get what they’ve needed. The greed bug has bitten quite a few powerful personalities who run the major banks and financial institutions in America. They have plenty already, but they want more.

Why would Banks care if people get payday loans?

To put it simply, banks are furious at the short term loan industry for taking away their leverage with their customers. You see banks make millions off customer overdraft fees. Banks can make up to 200 dollars for every 50 dollar debit or check that doesn’t clear. Sounds like banks are really looking out for only themselves and they could care less about even there most loyal long standing customers. I once knew an elderly couple that banked with the same institution for 30 years just to find out that their identity had been stolen. The thieves racked up thousands with online internet purchases. When they reported this with their bank, the bank treated them like they were just scam artists, even after 30 years of loyal business. Eventually the couple did get the charges erased and their money back. Soon after the couple closed their account and vowed to never step foot in a bank again.

Consumers are learning to exercise their rights for short term loans

Today’s consumer has grown to be wise and not as gullible as we once were. We don’t have to tolerate bad treatment from big corporations. Corporations know that competition is fierce, and they could drop down in the popularity race by the spread of just a few unsatisfied customers. People have started a rebellion against greedy financial institutions. We are borrowing the money that we need instead of going over our budgets. We are getting short term installment loans to avoid paying another overdraft fee again. Short term loans are a wiser solution when it comes to paying bills on time. The next time you find yourself in a bind, take out a short term installment loan. It can save you from hundreds of dollars of overdraft fees that the bank will force upon you.
