Plenty of people will call that irresponsible, but plenty of people haven’t walked in my shoes. If you’ve been through the economic wringer in recent years, maybe you’ll get it. Or maybe you won’t. Either way, I’ve got money now and I’m going.

After two layoffs, I have money now

Two years ago, I was laid off from a good-paying job I’d had for several years. I collected unemployment for a few months and watched my retirement and investment accounts melt away like everyone else’s. I found a new, lower-paying job, but was laid off again after just a couple of months. This time, I didn’t qualify for unemployment benefits. After seven months, I was tapped out and couldn’t make my mortgage payment.

My head is barely above water, but I have money now

I managed to avoid a foreclosure with a lender-approved short sale, but everything I owned – other than my paid-off car and some beat-up furniture — was gone. I gave the furniture away and moved in with some friends. I finally found yet another even lower-paying job, and a couple months later, I was able to rent the apartment I have now. Luckily, I cut up my credit cards when I lost my first job, so I don’t have debts. My head is above water, but I’m still struggling to make ends meet.

The weather in New Zealand is perfect, and I have money now

I’m not in a stable financial place yet, but I’ve had my job long enough to get a personal loan. Now that I’ve got a little extra cash, I’m taking my life off hold. The coastline and mountains of New Zealand defy description. The whales are amazing. People say the Sauvignon blancs of the Marlborough region are better than the ones they make in Napa Valley. The air and water temperatures are perfect this time of year, and New Zealand is still a dollar-friendly place.

I have 23 hours plus a weekend, and I have money now, too

Last week I hit 23 hours of accumulated vacation time. Last night, I applied for an online payday loan. I had one in five minutes flat. The money was in my bank account this morning. I’ll pay it back out of my next paycheck and worry about how I’ll get by when it comes to that. Twenty-three paid hours plus a weekend isn’t at all enough time to visit New Zealand. Mostly I’ll be sitting on a plane. My grandmother is 94. I haven’t seen her in six years. She lives in Ashburton on the South Island. I fly out tomorrow morning.

But if those advance loans seem a little too grand for the holiday, you could try expanding on three of the ideas I have listed below. But first, I’ll share with you a little story.

Why Buy?

I loathe shopping for Father’s Day presents. I’ve always been awkward when it came to picking out gifts for my dad. He’s the type of guy who doesn’t necessarily have any particular taste, yet he can be obnoxiously picky at times. Maybe that picky characteristic of his has rubbed off on me, making me an almost impossible gift buyer.

Knowledge is Power. So Remember:

It’s very important to make it to the stores before Father’s Day to pick out anything. Most of the time the stores are ravaged, card selections are bummers, and the staff looks like zombies by the end of the work day.

Let’s Go Walking… or Shopping

My father’s mother and sisters, my dear sweet grandmother and aunts, are notorious for lengthy store walking. When they invited me to go Father’s Day shopping with them last year, I knew I’d need some ice packs to throw over my legs, a hot bath, and Tylenol to ease the muscular spasms I was sure to endure.

We passed item after item searching for the perfect gift to give the men in our lives. My man: daddy. I have a lot of his personality in me; I sing like him, I even entertain like him, but unfortunately I can’t shop for him. And after spending over 4 hours in just one store, the mission I set out to reign victorious over seemed obsolete: just find a freakin’ card!

Hour 9… of Shopping

When my grandmother, aunts, and I approached the ninth hour of shopping, I’d accumulated one card for my father. It had a nice poem on it explaining my unyielding support and pride in him, and on the cover there was a big guitar! He’s a music lover (and player) so I figured the card should sing something nice when opened. I found a card that played an oldie but goody: ‘Sitting on the Dock of the Bay’. Yet, I still wasn’t sure about getting him a card and nothing else.

Hour 10… My Legs: Numb

The hours stretched until it seemed the finish line would never be crossed. Forget about going to the gym, I received all the cardio I needed in one day. But after all of the walking I found a small MP3 player. It wasn’t anything as grand as an iPod, but it could hold up to 1,000 songs and pick up numerous radio broadcasts in the country. A musical card, plus a decent MP3 player, and I didn’t need short installment loans to purchase them. I knew he’d have the best Father’s Day ever.

Surprise!

When we all arrived at my dad’s house on an exciting holiday morning filled with family and friends, I was sad to discover that my dad had left. I sat around for about 3 hours, hiding from my grandmother’s cat. She likes to rub up against me and purr loudly. When I move my leg away from her, she always sneaks up on me and paws my skin. She makes sure it’s my skin and not clothing. Cats are smarter than people think.

When my dad finally came home I was mortified at what I saw. He came into the house dancing, the distinct melody of ‘Sitting on the Dock of the Bay’ chimed in a muffled fit of melodic ecstasy from the vicinity of his head. The brand new headphones over his ears looked like it cost more than my entire 2-gift power-flop. Maybe I’ll do better next year. Until then, here are three simple gift ideas most dads will love:

Tickets to a Game

In my experience of Father’s Day shopping, I’ve learned that some gifts work better than others. If you are stumped, the first idea I have for you is the gift of a game. Dads usually love sporting events. I’ve given my dad tickets to live WWE wrestling matches and he’s cooed like a baby in response. I try to keep things joyful at happiness house (a nickname for my parent’s home) by keeping my father in mind. You should remember that as well. Make sure you buy him two tickets as well; in case he wants to bring someone along with him (could that be you?)

Give Him a Day of Silence

Not many dads like being immersed in the hustle and bustle of fast city activities, but a majority enjoy spending a little quiet time to themselves on their special holiday. Try to arrange it so that he can have some peaceful time to himself or with the people he loves. This could include watching television, reading a paper, or sitting outside, talking and enjoying the breeze.

Search Less, Power Tools are best

Whatever power tool you buy him on this day will be a big hit in his eyes. I don’t know what it is about the magnetism of power tools to fathers, but they instantly turn into an excited child when handed something that only works in conjunction with an outlet.

If these few ideas aren’t enough, or don’t fit your fancy, maybe applying for short term loans is best. Then he’ll be able to get exactly what he wants.

So an emergency has come up and you are short on cash; payday loans are just the answer. A busted car or a sick dog can mean an expense you were not expecting. The truth is, payday is still a few weeks away and there is no spare money for this situation. Everybody knows that these unexpected emergencies cannot wait a few weeks to be attended to. They need a solution now or else it might mean more excessive spending later on.

Solution’s just a few minutes away

The real fact is that payday loans are fast, easy, effective, and secure. Unlike any other credit from another financial institution, these fast loans just involve just a few requirements. The few requirements for payday loans include; that you are above eighteen years old, that you have a job, and that you own a bank account; it is as easy as that. Payday loans are made without unnecessary delay. If you qualify, you may receive them in your checking account, sometimes in just a couple of hours.

Fast solutions for fast needs

Normally these effective loans don’t take over a day to become instant money. They are usually faster than an overnight sleep and your problems can be solved easily. Payday loans are quick solutions for immediate problems. No more nights of insomnia worrying unnecessarily about problems that can be solved today. No more weeks of waiting for the next payday check. Money can be retrieved today and paid for later. What could be better than this?

Overcoming the fear

Many times people have complained that payday loans have high interest rates and that annual interest rates are very elevated. These complaints are unfounded. Payday loans are speedy and simple. You won’t be in deep debt because they don’t take over a year to get paid back; rather you pay them off in just a few weeks. Besides, the borrower knows beforehand how much the pay back amount is. Unlike mortgages, there is only one pay due and the amount is a fixed price, not varying on interests. The fees are reasonable for the fast, effective loans that they are.

Careful spending

Remember that quick loans are an advance of your future paycheck, so don’t get them for unnecessary spending. Spend only on emergencies. Keep your debt under control.

Just don’t forget

Payday loans are fast and are secure; they are quick and are meant for your convenience. They don’t require a lot of time nor complicated procedures. This can be done the same day they are requested, or may take as long as an overnight sleep to get instant, real, and effective money into your hands for your needs. Without any hidden or variable interest rates, these cash advances are the most efficient and transparent loans on the entire market. They typically require no fax sent or credit checks. Your tranquil sleep is just a step away.

There’s a bill on Payday loans in South Carolina

South Carolina

If I live in South Carolina, should I look elsewhere to get my payday loans? It looks like I should, that is if I want more than one loan. Taking multiple loans has been banned here by the legislature and the bill also limits the total amount you can get with payday loans of only $600.

This bill, passed in South Carolina, is said to save its people from the loan sharks. But do these payday loan lenders really eat us up? Aren’t we the ones who are throwing in the bait? Would it be proper to blame the lenders alone? Doesn’t the government have any other idea to break the spell of getting into debt? Will just the passing of bills that cut having multiple loans out really solve the problem? Don’t some people genuinely need payday loans to get over the financial crisis and get the much needed respite from their financial problems? How many jobs will be lost?

Wait and watch

All these and many more questions come to mind when we hear of this ban on payday loans. Nobody knows exactly what is going to come out of all this. We will have to wait and watch the results. At least there is one state trying out a different means to save their subjects and thereby their economy. If this would serve the debtors, that would be well and good, but I don’t think that’s what will happen. I think it’s going to make the debtors more desperate.

Just the fact that there are payday loans to rely on in a crisis might have done a world of good to struggling people. There are even some who have never taken a payday loan but the fact that it is there gives them security in itself. There might be people who get into trouble with their wayward spending and there might be people who simply lead a very economic life and still have financial emergencies through no fault of their own.

The Plight of Loans

There may have been a time when any type of loans was not our friend. People just would not take them for anything. But the times have changed and loans are an everyday happening and a way of life. The popularity of loans is so far and wide now that we get a loan for just about anything. And unlike earlier times, we do not hesitate in getting them.

It has actually reached a point that, even if we have ready cash to buy a thing, we still might not use the cash but would gratefully use any loan facility that is available. That is our right as U.S. Citizens. With bills like what South Carolina has passed, these rights are no longer ours. With the financial crisis and recession looming, everyone needs money. For many of us, the only support available is payday loans. When they are not as easily available, what do we do?

The Silver Lining

Choose carefully, if you are taking advantage of the silver lining of the bad economy, whether refinancing or buying a home, or even when using Payday Loans.

When times were plentiful, we built.

The businesses and edifices that we built in the times of plenty were wonderful and we had great fun making them. We built them to last a thousand years. We trained engineers and architects to design buildings and gigantic towers that would stand forever. Higher, make mine higher, cried the clients. Bridges – we made them so long you couldn’t see the other end. With clients who have unlimited budgets one can do just about anything in the construction world. And we did.

Solid structures are starting to crumble.

Look what’s happening now. Change has arrived. Perhaps only a few of us really understood the potential effects of an economic crash. There seems to be nothing that is not affected. Okay, all the restaurants in the Yuppie hi-tech industrial parks are closing down. The designer coffee shops are close behind them. Offices are closing and now one can see entire buildings that are vacant with sad ‘To Lease’ signs swinging off the parapets.

The American dream in high reverse

The half complete buildings are perhaps the worst of all sights. Gray, unfriendly concrete with steel rods poking out where the workers got orders, downed tools and walked off the job without covering up or protecting unfinished work for some future date when someone decides that times are good enough to complete the building.

How sad it is to see what has happened to our proud construction industry. The professionals are standing in lines waiting for Payday Loans and the workmen are lining up at the unemployment office hoping to find work.

A silver lining shines on the housing sites

Work has slowed to a crawl on the housing sites. Actually this is a good time to buy a home and one can probably negotiate a great price with a desperate contractor. Just make sure you get a house in working order with all the licensing complete and all the utilities connected up. Take your time when choosing a house. Walk around it, sniff it and feel it. Then try another and another until you find one that sings under your touch. That’s the one to fight for.

A silver lining for refinancing

The same goes for mortgages. This is the time to negotiate a great refinance on your existing home. Do not, repeat, do not, take the first mortgage you are offered. There are hundreds of banks out there all panting to lend you their money. Do your homework. Work the phones, and search on the internet for the very best mortgage you can find. And you will find one, the competition is fierce.

A payday loan-made easy

When looking for a payday loan, let Personal Money Store do the work for you. They will look around and find you the best deal with the best lender. And it’s all online.

How long is recovery time?

Tough question. No one knows because no one has been in these woods before. It may be a painfully long and a slow recovery. Perhaps a slow recovery will allow the bones to grow together stronger than if we strap ‘em up and run straight back into the game.

My strategy

I’m sitting tight. I’m hanging onto my job although the salary is down and the perks are out of the window. But it’s a job and it provides two things:

A measure of security and;

The opportunity of taking a Payday Loan when things are really tough.

Everyday I say, “smile, things can’t get any worse…” And then I smile, and sure enough, things get worse. But yesterday I found out that there is other types of worse that are worse than mine. This is the story of a Payday Loan Utopia – everyone in town needs one.

We are talking about a small steel town in Pennsylvania called Braddock, once a famous wellspring of industrial might. This is the place where steel baron Andrew Carnegie built his first steel mill. Remember the Carnegie empire that helped build modern America? Well it started in Braddock. This is where Carnegie built a library, the first of more than 1,500 Carnegie libraries in the United States. Braddock is now a jumble of boarded-up storefronts, disintegrating houses and vacant lots.

This is the bottom of the barrel

The town of Braddock is dead but it won’t lie down. The new mayor is trying to create an asset out of his town’s lack of assets and has even set up a website to publicize the town.

The Road

This year, almost in answer to the mayor’s dream, the town will be featured in the film version of Cormac McCarthy’s novel “The Road.” Set in a post-Armageddon America where food is so scarce that many survivors turned to cannibalism, “The Road” was shot partially in Braddock.

Braddock is definitely the bottom of the barrel and this is where the few remaining residents of the town, who still work in the old steel mill, will be applying for Payday Loans.

Can this happen anywhere?

Isn’t it frightening to think that the town where you live, where your children go to school, where you shop in the mall and eat in the restaurants, could one day fall into disrepair and eventually turn into a ghost town? It happens and one can see these towns all over the world, many of them turned into refugee camps.

How bad can it get?

I wonder if anyone really knows. Governments of the world, as is happening now, will pump money into their economies and will keep pumping until there is nothing left to pump. And then? The citizens will get nervous and run to pull their money out of the banks and hide it under the bed at home. The banks will collapse – a bank cannot exist without money – and businesses that depend on financing from the banks will fold. Everything will come down like the house built of cards.

How can we keep off the bottom?

Work. Work means earnings, earnings means money and money is what one keeps in the bank and spends to stay alive in the supermarkets and stores. Like it says in the song, “Money makes the world go round…”

Don’t give up

If we give up, we’re sunk, we’ll all end up in a town like Braddock. We have to keep pushing, keep working and hanging on in our town. When the going gets tough, take a Payday Loan and give yourself extra fighting time. The minute you stop, the weeds will start growing down Main Street and your town will disappear, eaten by despair.

Faxless Payday Loans to Fix Emergency Money Crisis

Faxless payday loans can be supportive when you have financial difficulties. If you have payments due and don’t have enough to cover them or your car has let you down and requires repairs or you have an unexpected medical bill to pay, then you should be looking for supportive measures to help you.

You might be battling with your conscience for not saving enough to face such situations but that is not going to help your cause. You need an instant solution as quickly as possible. Where can you find help?

A Faxless Payday Loan without difficulty

You have friends but you may be embarrassed to ask them for money or you might have already asked and they might not have been in a position to help. Have you tried every possible solution, but in vain? In this situation, there is actually a very simple solution. You may have either completely overlooked this solution or you simply did not know that it existed. This is the possibility of getting a cash advance from your payday income. If you have thought of it already but simply did not consider it, because you thought it was complex or felt it would require complications like security, documents etc., then you should think again.

The cash advance I want you to consider would not require any of these, not even a credit check. If you have not already heard about a faxless payday loan, that is exactly what I am getting at. Yes, it is true. In most cases, you really do not have to do any faxing to get this loan. This is the loan sought after by many people when they require money immediately. It is almost an instantaneous loan. If you qualify, typically you get it almost as soon as you apply for it.

The nuts and bolts of a faxless payday loan

It is not a big deal. You only have to make an application online; you may also do it over the phone – the choice is yours. The “apply” button on this page is a great place to start. Once approved, usually you get the cash transferred to your bank account the same day. You do not have to worry about taking this type of loan because they are given only for small amounts, the maximum you may apply for is only $1,500 for a short period. The short period is one of the reasons why you get these loans very easily.

Choose your lender wisely

Of course, you have to be careful choosing the lender. Most good lenders will not charge you for the application, they would not need any credit checks or faxing, they will lay down the terms and conditions before you at the time of signing up the application; they would not bind you to any hidden charges. Typically you should expect the lender to give you the loan as simply, actually simpler, than any bank loan.

Whatever be the situation you are in, if the need for money is urgent, go for your faxless payday loan. Your immediate problems will be solved quickly. You will be amazed at the instantaneous result.

A payday loan may be used to even out unexpected expenditures. It is always good to live within your budget but it is hard to keep up with it. Living within your budget is never easy; then, when there’s an emergency expense, it becomes next to impossible. Many of us have no control over the flow of money from our hands, especially in emergency situations, and so end up overspending.

Though not a good habit, it is the way with some people. We would hope this wouldn’t lead to bankruptcy but it sure can lead to anxious moments. Sometimes we feel helpless unless we take steps to discipline our spending. Some people learn from their mistakes and bad experiences, while some find other means to overcome financial crisis. This article is mainly meant to help those people who live a disciplined life with their money but sometimes get forced to find other resources, due to unexpected expenditures.

Cash without embarrassments

Most people who live a disciplined life with finances, do not like asking others for financial help. So when such people fall short of money, it is always difficult for them to ask for financial help. Some don’t know how to get that help without the embarrassment of asking family and friends. The easiest and simplest suggestion for them to get financial help would be to get a cash advance from their own income. The cash advance from your own income is famously known as the payday loan.

To obtain this, one simply has to find a good lender. Typically lenders do not require credit checks or faxing, nor charge an application fee or have hidden charges. Be sure to understand their terms and conditions clearly and what amount you will be binding yourself to. In short the lender’s loan should in no way be different from any other simple loan. Also understand that this is a short term loan which has to be repaid from your next paycheck. These loans are usually given for amounts ranging up to $1500.

The usual practice

A payday loan can be obtained either online or over the phone. While applying online, you fill out a short application form and for applying over the phone, be prepared to give the details required by the lender. Usually, once the application is approved, the loan amount will be transferred to the bank account within 24 hours, sometimes as quickly as 2 hours. This is one of the easiest means of getting quick cash for emergent unexpected expenditures.

So, when any unexpected expenditure crops up, make sure to take a payday loan to cover it. It could turn out to be an instant relief.

Anyone can need a Cash Advance

Cash advances came in at the hour of need for me. Hi, I’m Napoleon from the city of Atlanta, Georgia. I work in a food catering company. Sadness can engulf anyone into a huge sense of emptiness; I witnessed loss recently and it was devastating to say the least.

My loving grandma

When I was small, my parents separated and since then I stayed with my younger brother, Clarence and my grandma. Clarence was a college student. My grandma was 76 years old. Even though it was very difficult for my grandma to take care of us because of her age, she managed to raise us well.

I moved away

Two years ago, I finished my college and left Tallahassee to work in Atlanta as a manager in a food catering company. At first I used to regularly come to my home town to see my grandma but last year I got so busy with work that I could not find the time to see her and my brother. Every month I made sure that I would send some amount of money to grandma for her expenses.

The unthinkable was about to happen.

One day Clarence called and told me that grandma was very sick; her health condition was deteriorating and she urgently needed money for the medical treatment. I assured him that I would get money to him right away and grandma would get all right. I sent all the money I had for her treatment. However, her kidneys failed and she died. I was devastated.

I needed a cash advance loan

Every moment from my childhood with my grandma started to flash in front of me. I wanted to go Tallahassee for the funeral. To my shame, I did not have enough money to travel and manage the funeral. I explained my situation to my boss and asked him for a cash advance on my next paycheck. I had to leave in the middle of the month and my financial situation was bad. My boss suggested I go online for a cash advance loan. This was not only a great idea, but the only option left for me.

Money when I needed

The cash advance loan I applied for was approved within a few hours and it was directly deposited into my bank account. Although I was told that the cash advance would reach me in no time, I was relieved to see it actually happening. The next day I reached my home town. Even though I was emotionally devastated, I somehow managed to get through the funeral process and its expenses. Thanks to the cash advance, I could manage everything. By the next paycheck, I was able to repay the loan amount.

When devastated by grief, look to get a cash advance to help. Many people go about it the wrong way. They worry about money when they don’t really have to because a cash advance can be the solution to any immediate money problems.

Given the unemployment rate and the new rounds of job cuts being announced daily, it’s a bit surprising that the number of people who collect payday loans continues to rise. People collecting unemployment insurance typically don’t qualify for payday advance loans.

Payday loans help in credit crunch

More middle-income families are collecting payday loans nowadays. It used to be that mostly people with low incomes or bad credit utilized payday loans. Now, with “bad credit” taking on a whole new meaning, more people need extra cash to make ends meet. Personal loans and credit cards aren’t an option for as many people anymore.

Big layoffs equal big unemployment

Company: Job Cuts

PNC bank: 5,800

Huntington Bank: 500

Liz Claiborne: 725

King Pharmaceuticals: 760

Rockwell Collins: 600

Just like any other day during the last few months, several companies announced widespread layoffs today. Between five companies a total of 8,385 jobs are being cut. This, of course, only scratches the surface of the layoffs announced today. The box to the left shows the companies and number of jobs being cut for each. Those numbers only include the number of U.S. jobs each company is cutting.

Banking on job cuts

So I’ve been a little sneaky, and I saved the biggest number for last. Including the PNC layoffs announced today, financial institutions have announced a total of 312,498 since August 2007. This number includes all jobs worldwide that have been cut or will be cut over the next couple of years. Bank of America and Citigroup, which have both accepted government bailout money, are among the companies making big cuts.

Outside the U.S.

As indicated by the banks making job cuts worldwide, many other countries are affected by the economic crisis. The unemployment and number of payday loans lent are also rising in many European countries.

We can all use financial help at some time, whether it’s critical, urgent or just necessary, and sometimes the easiest way of doing this is by taking a Payday Loan.

My “Payday Loan list” is out of control
When the money arrives, what should I attend to first?
I am a list guy. My lists are

the ‘hysterical list’ aka the Payday Loan list,

the ‘critical list’,

the ‘urgent’ and

the ‘wish list’.

I have never made it to my wish list and only once have I attended to something on the urgent list.

I live in the critical/hysterical area which means times without an oven or hot water and weeks without a car. The urgent list is stable. We all have lists like this and we all manage to live without attending to the urgent things in our lives.

There’s a loan solution for every occasion

Despite the recent flurry of publicity, some good and some bad, many people are still unaware of the existence and the benefits of the Payday Loan system. Many people still consider a loan beneath them. Some people have gone to extreme lengths to keep themselves afloat when they could have solved the problem, or at least staved it off, with a short term loan.

These days, in 2009, are full of dark patches and sometimes it’s hard to believe that things will get better and the family cash will get back on its feet and start flowing again. This is a time of gritting one’s teeth and sinking one’s fingernails into what one has and hanging in there as never before.

There’s another solution for every problem

Life is not clear-cut and smooth. It is complicated and full of bumps and it takes a combination of good fortune and good thinking to find one’s way in the world. Almost 7 billion people manage to somehow make it through every day of their lives which means that all of us can do it. The human mind is flexible and creative enough to find workable solutions to financial problems.

Meantime, back on the ranch in Davos

The economic leaders of the world are meeting, as they do every year in the snows of Switzerland (number 17 on my wish list) and the main question of the conference is “What had happened to the Global Economy?” Gee, guys, if you don’t know, who does?

There are so far no answers to the question and there are not likely to be either. Everyone is sailing in the same boat and the boat is sailing in unchartered waters.

The best answer

The best advice anyone can give at times like these is to say, “Hold on and hold tight. Don’t make any rash moves and don’t get desperate. There’s a good chance things will turn out all right. They may not return to what they were or to the good times you remember, but everything will be okay.

Introducing my hysterical list

I have to repair my computer. I left a half-written article on it last night and went out for a walk to ease my aching back, and when I came back the creaky old computer was frozen. All I managed to get out of it was that toothless, black screen glare. So “Buy a new computer” leapfrogged from the ‘urgent’ to the ‘hysterical’ list. I am a writer, so no computer means no words, which simply means no money.

I am going over to my neighbor to borrow his laptop so I can file an application for an express Payday Loan. How things can change in an instant and move everything around on the lists. My Swiss trip just moved down to number 18 on my ‘wish list’!

Use a payday loan and hope for profit

I think it is the best time to make a profit from gold and a payday loan can help. It is actually a very simple investment; you do not have to watch it like a hawk to make profits like you do in stock or currency trading. You just have to check the market every day and if the rates have gone up, sell it off and make a profit. Keep watching; when the rates come down buy and sell when it is up.

If you keep rinsing and repeating this process you can make a neat profit before the next payday. One other positive factor about this investment is that the price of gold is at its all time high and so it has become the investors’ fancy. So there is no time like the present to make profits from investing in gold.

The trends with gold

Granted this is a volatile market but well within our control. Even if we do not sell it immediately, we will still be able to profit from our investment. The basic trend of gold prices has been known to shoot up so it can also be a good long time investment. And, if you have a piece of gold, you can choose to sell it anytime you want, so it will never put you in any debt situation. Maybe the profits you make will not be as high as in real estate investment or trading investment but still it is a good bet with your money.

Historical data shows gold to have never let down its investors. The most important factor with gold is that it is a good hedge against inflation. I am not talking about big investments, only the amount of a payday loan. Once you profit, you won’t even notice that you have taken a loan on your next payday. Don’t you think with recession looming around you and gold prices shooting up, it is a good time to invest in gold?

Getting the loan

If you are ready to invest in gold with a cash advance from your income, then you would want to know how to get the payday loan. It is actually a loan from your income which will be due by your next payday, as the name suggests. You can apply for this loan by clicking the “apply” button right on this. Typically, if your application is approved, you will have the money transferred to your bank account within 24 hours, sometimes even within 2 hours. Typically, with a payday loan, they don’t even check your credits or require faxing, and they won’t even charge you for submitting the application.

The terms and conditions will be laid down before you sign and that is all you will be bound for. You don’t have to worry about any hidden charges or exorbitant interests. Usually they are no different from any other ordinary loans. You can get up to $1500 with such loans. These are short term loans for small amounts so you usually have to repay them by the next payday, unless you sign up for some other terms.

If you think you should invest some money somewhere go ahead and get your payday loan and invest it in gold.

A cash advance can be of help when you have financial issues.

Many people do not know how to deal with their finances and end up having financial problems which they are not able to handle properly and don’t realize a cash advance can help them out. They are constantly looking for tips, advice and ideas to solve their financial crisis.

This article is meant to help those people who are struggling to maintain their finances and deal with a short term financial emergency. You could be someone with a regular paying job doing everything that you need to do with your money but falling short because of some emergent money needs. Keeping up with all your regular expenses like payments and even taxes may not be a big deal for you but falling short for an unexpected expense may panic you. So it is always best to learn how to find that extra bit to solve your financial crisis.

Where to get the extra money

If you’re like me, you’re not thinking of investing your money; the same goes for doing business for profits or taking risks to make money. All you want to do is have enough money to deal with all your immediate needs and you do not want to enter into any debts or schemes. When you need extra money, you want to somehow find it yourself and when you cannot, you need to know where to go for help. You don’t want to borrow or ask anyone for help but you need that extra money.

Do you want to know where to find that extra money? It is not actually a big deal but a simple supportive solution which you might find sensible when in a crisis. Yes, get a cash advance from your own income. No, you don’t have to beg to your employer or even let him know.

Cash advance from your pay

This sort of cash advance on your income can be had with payday loan. It is simply between you and the lending company; no physical presence is required to get it done. You can ask for the loan over the phone or even easier, online. Fill out a short application form; most lenders do not even require a credit check or fax and they don’t even ask for an application fee. There are no hidden charges; what you get is what you sign up for at the time of application.

You will find these loans, to have terms and conditions as good as any other loan. Once approved you usually get it within 24 hours, sometimes within just a couple of hours. The whole process will take only two minutes and typically within 2 hours you can have the cash transferred to your bank account. Doesn’t this make you feel comfortable? This is the easiest solution you may have with any small financial crisis.

Is there a drawback?

The simple rule to getting a cash advance loan is that you should have a job or a payday due. A cash advance is meant for helping in a short term crisis and are for relatively small amounts. Usually the maximum limit for this loan is $1,500. It is the most convenient option that I know of. The only drawback being that you will be short from your next payday. But when you know beforehand that you won’t have that money to spend, you will take control of your spending and budget appropriately.

In bad times everyone can use a little extra money or Payday Loans

When times are bad, anyone can get into debt. It doesn’t matter how important you are or at what level you live. An accident can put you in the hospital, and then you’ll be happy to have a Payday Loan.

It’s hard to tell who is lining up for what these days

As we sink deeper and deeper into the mire of debts and unpaid accounts, we find ourselves waiting around for things we took for granted not so long ago. Have you noticed how long it takes to buy a lottery ticket today?

It’s a fact that when the economy goes south, more and more people look to quick and easy systems of staving off financial disaster. The lottery is one of few ways to do this. But there is bad news – it means laying out cash to buy a ticket. And if you are desperate, will one ticket suffice? The worse news, not known by many, is that the odds of winning the main prize in a 6/49 Lotto, for example, is a very slim 1 in 14 million tickets. Perhaps if one is a little short, it’s better to hang onto the cash?

What’s happening at the Payday Loan office?

How are Payday Loans doing? Are there lines outside the office yet? If things keep drifting downwards, there probably will be soon. The conversations will start up in the lines: How much do you owe? Are you working? Have they cut your paycheck? This is followed by the amazement. Can you believe this guy is earning that amount of money!! You’re working sixteen hours a day for that salary? Are you crazy? Then comes the resentment. I could do his job standing on my head with one hand tied behind my back. The Payday Loan lines may turn out to be not such a good idea. Better go online to Personal Money Store.

Who’s standing in that line for a Payday Loan, anyway?

Anyone you can think of, from the bank manager himself, to the kid who works in the mail room. Debt is a great leveler and is not particular about who he strikes. Of course, some folks manage their affairs better than others and go to great lengths to stay out of debt, but no one is exempt from an accident or sudden illness that is not covered by the health insurance and can run you into debts of thousands in the space of a few hours. Forget about the lottery helping you out then. So when the guy in front or behind you in the Payday Loan line starts talking to you, you speak on equal terms. If you are feeling uncomfortable, so is he.

Don’t stand in line—go to the internet!

Just about anyone can get a Payday Loan. If you haven’t got one it probably simply means you didn’t ask. They are not dished out to everyone who is alive and breathing on the 15th of each month at noon – you have to ask. Look for them on the Internet – at Personalmoneystore.com.

Privacy is the best policy

Online is private-unlike a payday loan store where anyone can overhear you. Once you get your Payday Loans, no one should ask you what you did with the money – it’s yours to do as you like. You don’t have to account for it and you don’t have to make excuses or stories to explain to anyone. Most of all, you have to enjoy it, either by wiping out an aggravating debt or just having fun.

All is not well with the global economy which has led many people to take out payday loans to meet their emergency needs. London and New York seem to be the most important global financial centers in the world. It could be argued that New York and London not only represent the U.S. and the Europe as two powerful economies, but also that they are the dominant financial centers in a cluster of time zones.

Major Causes of the Crisis

Poor credit availability, improper corporate restructuring and ongoing bankrupt companies have added to the unemployment in the U.S. Creative financing has added a further element of instability to the markets resulting in more demands for payday loans.

The global economy is a classic phenomenon of financial crises: failure of one bank inflicting losses on the other bank that lent monies to it. Many failed to repay their debts, inflicting losses on their lender and thus widening the circle of financial failures.

Measures taken so far

The American economy has turned out to be far more resilient than anticipated by many experts. $17.5 billion in bailouts were announced by the Bush Government to the U.S. car makers in emergency loans to deflect a collapse that would have cost hundreds of thousands of jobs. President Barack Obama has said that his top priority is to create 2.5 million new jobs and some of those jobs in the auto industry. This is welcomed as a necessary step.

These days, you apply for short-term loans on the Internet and pay them back the next time you get paid. These online payday loans are a kind of “financial support”. The “financial support” conditions of the loan in this bailout includes limits on compensation to the executives, payback of all loans to the government, and that firms earn a profit and achieve a positive growth.

Financial centers do not simply pop up wherever the money is – the availability of skilled personnel and the regulatory environment are at least as important as the access to financial markets. The stability of a country and its political regime are also crucial.

In the U.S., capital injection has perhaps saved the banking system, but its non-banking sector appears to be still under the threat of collapse. Arguably, many good things are done at the IMF and the World Bank. The institutions provide international public goods, such as high quality research, valuable databases, and technical assistance to its member countries. However of late, there have been many changes in these institutions. Some of these changes are for the better, some for the worse. The IMF has been blamed for worsening macroeconomic conditions of program countries by supporting inappropriate conditions.

In the short-term, it may be all right for the U.S. in recession to use fiscal deficit to give a boost to its spending so as to pull the world out of recession. In the long run, it may ensure high levels of savings, while the demand for global surplus comes from outside the U.S.

Arguably, economic crises are often caused by poor economic policies and weak institutional environments. Without external assistance, rising countries would have no choice but to carry out painful but necessary reforms.

Need for a Change!

In order to stay relevant after the resolution of the recent crises, substantial reforms are necessary. The Fund and the Bank have to be more transparent to allow external researchers to evaluate their policies and projects.

It is thus increasingly becoming clear that the world economy is already in recession. The world must unite in its fight against recession and in creating global-level institutions to keep the economy in order. Amidst all of this, it’s unknown when your job will get affected, but online payday loans will provide speedy help in a financial emergency. Make sure that you take the counsel of a good payday loan company, like Personal Money Store, to take care of the situation.

Get a payday loan so you don't have to go through this

Payday loans can be your savior in a foreclosure crisis. Foreclosure is the epidemic that has been gripping the nation of late. Almost everyone is scared because of the current economic situation. It is like a wildfire, coming from all sides, seen on the news, read in the newspaper and even circles round the internet. Hearing about someone’s property being foreclosed on is a daily happening. The main cause for this situation is falling short on your house payments. Many realize it only when it happens to them and are too disturbed to look for a solution to overcome that. Although there are some easy solutions to solve the issue, people panic. Here I would like to discuss one possibility to get over the payment crisis. This might not be feasible to everyone. This solution is viable only to those who still have a job or a payday coming.

Cover your payments with…

It is often at the last minute that we realize that we will not be able to meet our financial commitments, for house payments and the like. Previously, letting go of a payment date was not a big issue. All that needed to be done was pay an increased amount to make up for the default. Now, because of the recession, just one lapse is going to catch you by the throat and foreclosure may be an issue. So, when you find yourself in this situation, please do not lose your cool. Instead, think objectively and look for a solution that might help you solve the issue. The easiest solution you can look for if you have a job is to get a cash advance from your own income, which are called payday loans. Even if it is the last day for your payment, this loan might be able to help you out. This will provide you an instant solution as these are loans that are processed fast; upon approval, the cash is typically available to you within two hours of your application.

A clean solution

This being so, whenever you find yourself in financial difficulties and are short of payments, then all you have to do is apply to get a cash advance from your own income. This can be done online or over the phone; it is only going to take a few minutes to get it done. Most lenders do not even ask for credit checks or faxing and most do not even charge a fee for the applications. The terms and conditions are just the same as any other loans. Once approved, you will get the amount transferred to your bank account, usually within a couple hours. No hassles or long waits to get you the most wanted financial support. No hidden charges, they will not even ask for security. This type of loan involves only small amounts, so, you are not likely to be sucked into deeper debts.

Figure this out for yourself and act judiciously, count on your payday loans to save you from short term and small financial crisis and hopefully even foreclosure.

A Payday Loan Guide for Beginners

The following is a brief description on common pitfalls to avoid when you decide to apply for a Payday Loan. Modern day Payday loans are designed to assist people suffering from immediate financial difficulties. They’ve become far more popular in recent years; this can be attributed in part to their easy availability and also the convenience they offer borrowers.

Despite their clearly recognizable advantages, many people are blissfully unaware of the regulations and laws that govern the industry. Those with the intention of applying for and receiving a payday loan are well advised to read through this brief guide to learn their rights to ensure they get the right deal.

Laws and Regulations

All companies that provide payday loans are legally required to abide by federal and state laws. The length of the payment plan and the amount an individual may borrow are determined by their state’s law. Certain states have additional applicable laws.

When you seek a lender, it’s important that you be extremely careful and ask for all the information relating to these extra laws. The lenders that refuse to supply the information should be treated with caution. You will find a lot of useful information regarding these laws and regulations by setting aside a few hours on the internet. Take some time out of your schedule to research.

Information and your Rights

As a consumer, you have a right to receive and read through all information regarding your dealings. This means the lender you’re speaking with is legally required to part with all the information he has. You need to be informed of all the costs involved in getting a payday loan, as well as everything in the small print. You need to know the exact interest rate, transaction costs, finance fees as well as the fees, should you require an extension of the term.

Before accepting a payday advance, be sure you’re aware of the exact payment plan offered. In the vast majority of cases, lenders will display this information clearly on their website or in printed leaflets. Should it be unavailable, you’re advised to contact them via email, phone or in person to request that the necessary documents are forwarded to you.

Loan Cancellations

Often, there will come a time when people apply for loans only to realize further down the line that their situation has changed and they no longer need the money. If this happens to you, check your agreement papers. In many states there is a clause to cancel a payday loan within one day of acceptance without any charges. In this case you’ll need to contact the lender via written application to cancel the loan. Should you have received an advance deposit, you’ll need to pay that back into the lender’s account as per the instructions of the lender, ensuring that you’re operating within the confines of state laws.

When you decide to cancel a payday loan, it’s very important that you make sure you request a receipt from the lender detailing that the amount owed has been paid back in full. Better still, it makes a lot more sense to carefully consider whether you really need a payday loan on the day of application. Should you have received an advance deposit, you’ll need to pay that back into the lenders account as per the instructions of the lender, ensuring that you’re operating within the confines of state laws.

The depression that started with the sub-prime mortgages in the U.S. is spreading around the world like a giant sickness. It’s time for America to do some healing, like bringing them Payday Loans.

Things can’t get any worse in America, can they?

We all make mistakes. Some of them are because we are doing something for the first time and don’t know any better and some are mistakes we make because of our poor judgment. Most of us learn from our mistakes and are careful not to make the same mistakes again.

What’s going on, America?

How come every time I open the papers or switch on the TV, I see that another major American bank or financial institution has folded? The economy is starting to look like a giant game of poker, with all the players sitting around the table looking grim, picking up their cards, scowling and folding. It’s time to get up from the game, go outside for a walk, come back in a couple of hours and start playing again. Why is everyone in America in the same sinking boat? Was everyone operating their business according to the same set of rules? Where were the creative and individual thinkers?

There’s no point in flogging this horse, it’s dead already. Its time, as President Obama says, to put the past behind us and move on and start building a new and healthy economy based on good sense and with no loopholes. Never again shall we see the likes of Madoff.

It’s time for change, America

Next time around, when people line up for Payday Loans, may all the amounts be modest. Amid the dust and dirt swirling through the grimy economy, reminiscent of the collapse of the Trade Towers back in 2001, there are a few interesting facts. America, for all its wrongs, is about to pull in a rescue package of $825 billion. That’s the biggest sum of money that most of us have ever heard of. I thought America was broke, all cleaned out! Where were we hiding all that money? Probably where Madoff couldn’t get his sticky fingers on it, I bet.

Good for you, America.

New president, new thinking, a light at the end of the tunnel and it’s time to go out there and face the music. Let’s put on a good show for all the people waiting in the handout lines and hanging around the Payday Line queues. Let’s make sure that everyone gets the message that the good old U.S.A. is still in business and is going to do better. Sure there will be casualties, but we’ll look after them and soothe their wounds and get them back on their feet.

And all things American

And as soon as America’s fixed, it will be time to see what’s happening around the world. Can they get some of that multi-billion dollar aid packet as well? There are a couple of countries that are really suffering and can use some of that American fix-it medicine and spirit.

We live in a global village. Some days it’s great and all sorts of good American things rub off on us. Other times it’s not so good; we catch the backwash of American things that are not good, like a major depression. Just keep bringing us the good things, America, like Payday Loans to help us through the bad times.

Payday loans and wide possibilities.

There are so many possibilities of how you can use payday loans to your advantage. One of those ways is that the loan can be used to stay away from credit card debt. Many of us find ourselves falling short of credit card payments and accumulating debt. But if we use a little common sense, we can get away very easily from falling prey to such debt.

What usually happens is that credit cards give us an option not to pay the full amount on the payment due date; we think that it is a great help and unknowingly hurt ourselves. What we actually are doing is accumulating more debt and making it easy for credit card companies eat up our money as interest. This is not a good way to manage our finances. We should definitely curb the urge to do this and take all positive steps to keep away from credit card debt.

Set the rule

To start with, make a promise that you will make your credit card bill payments like clockwork, before the payments’ due date, never late. Also make sure that no matter what, you will not let your credit card company take a penny more than what is absolutely necessary, even if you have to borrow from others to meet that commitment. Well, you might be thinking, if it was so easy to borrow, you would not be using credit cards. Come on; do not get discouraged, I can let you into the small secret I use to get over the borrowing difficulties.

Easiest way out:

It is actually one of the simplest and easiest ways to borrow money for your needs. If you have not already guessed it, yes, I am getting at using payday loans for this. Think about it. You are only short of a few bucks in paying the full balance of what you owe to the credit card company. When you do not have that money, what usually happens is, instead of paying the full balance, you end up paying only the minimum that the company wants you to make.

Assert Yourself:

This is one habit we have to get out of as quickly as possible. When you find you will not be able to meet the full payment for your credit card bill, get a cash advance that is given as a loan on your own income, to overcome the payment issue. Now you know you will not be getting your whole income next month, because you will pay back the cash advance, so you will get control over your spending.

The added advantage is that this all will subconsciously play on your mind whenever you think about using your credit card and you should be deterred from using it. But what if today is the last day I can make a payment on my credit card without having a late charge? Don’t worry but act fast. Once you apply for your payday loan and if you pass approval, which takes only a few minutes, you will usually have the money transferred to your bank within two hours. The beauty of getting such loans is that you do not have to undergo any credit checks or faxing to obtain one.

So next time, when you fall short of your credit card payment, think of using payday loans to overcome it.

This is very much possible, especially with FOREX. This is an interesting way to make profit from what you earn. As it is, it is not always possible for us to save enough from what we earn. But if we can double or triple our income using certain risks, then it is something that we should look into. This is not going to be a high risk investment but something we can have control of, if we play it safe and are not overly rash. If you are ambitious and want to make money, then you should take some risks at some point of your life. If you are interested then I can explain to you how it can be done.

Our income and the way we use it:

When we get our pay, we will have the important things we have to pay and then we waste the rest. We had plans for the money, but we seldom use it as we had planned. At least if you are like me this happens, often acting impulsively, never getting to do things which we might have yearned for.

How to Tackle:

The first thing you have to bear in mind is that you have got to be a little principled. That is, take an oath that, while trading you will use only the money you have taken as a cash advance from your payday income. Also make sure that the amount you take as a loan is not more than what you can afford, if you are to lose money on a trade. Since you are also working, you would not have much time to spend on trading, so you will be wondering how you are going to trade when you do not have the time. Well, that is where we make use of modern technology. That is, find some good trading software that will do most of your job once you set it up to your convenience.
