Short term loans are still a viable option for funding. Consumers with bad credit are definitely not alone. In today’s recession, even people with excellent credit have suffered at the hands of credit card companies. Others have made mistakes with credit, such as charging over limits or not paying their bills on time due to unemployment. Regardless of how they got there, consumers are suffering from a combination of bad decisions and the economic downturn. In addition, prices are high and many people have had to downsize to a one-income home as a result of the burgeoning unemployment rate. As a result of the economy many people watched their credit scores decline rapidly.

The good news is that a bad credit score or negative payment history does not have to hold people back from borrowing money needed for unforeseen expenses. Unsecured short term loans are a great option for qualified customers. Many people are looking to these types of loans for money, rather than the traditional bank loans that are difficult to procure in today’s recession.

How short term loans work

An unsecured short term loan lasts until qualified consumers’ application times and their next payday. This loan is also known as a payday loan, payday advance loan, or cash advance loan.

If qualified for this type of unsecured loan, consumers give lenders a postdated check in the amount that they qualified for plus fees. The lender holds the postdated check until the next payday, which is typically up to 30 days later. On the date the unsecured short term loan comes due, the lender will cash the check.

Unexpected expenses

The most common use for short term loans is to meet emergency expenses. Car repairs, medical bills and last-minute shopping needs are all common uses for this type of funding. The general rule of thumb is that these loans are effective to use if the money for the expense will be available, but isn’t available yet. If a consumer will have the funds in a few days, or even a few weeks, but the bill needs to be paid immediately, then an unsecured short term loan may be the best option.

The amount borrowers qualify for is based on their current income. Depending on what the needs are, communication can be helpful. If the amount is substantial there are some lenders who will consider both incomes from a two-income household when considering the borrowing sum.

Popularity making short term loans more competitive

The advantage of short term loans is their popularity has spurred a wide variety of options. Because it’s paperless, appplicants know within minutes whether they qualify. This is another advantage of the short term loan.

With the uncertainty of the economy, short term loans are becoming a staple in budgeting for qualified consumers. They are quick, convenient and a life-saver for those who are eligible.

You can." src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2294/2256954898_271279a626_m.jpg" border="0" alt="He did. You can." hspace="5" width="240" height="160" style="display:block;float:right;border:none;"/>When that unexpected emergency creeps up on you, a payday loan is what you can use to get you out of this bind. These are small, short term loans that are meant to cover an expense until your next paycheck comes. They are usually a cash advance on your paycheck. Payment is due when your next paycheck arrives. For most lenders, the loan is due after 14days but most lenders also offer an extension if it is requested.

Receive instant cash.

All you need to do is visit a site that offers these services, such as this one. Write a post dated check to the lender that reflects the amount that you have been loaned plus the fees that are applicable for the transaction. Requirements for you to be eligible to apply for an instant loan are that you must be at least 18 years old; you must have a job where you have been employed for at least a month and have an active checking account. If you meet all of these requirements, then you can press the apply button on this page. Most lenders offer up to $1,500 in cash.

Do not wait till the next paycheck arrives

When that pressing bill becomes due or that emergency happens and you cannot wait for that paycheck, try applying for payday loans online and, if you are approved, receive the cash almost immediately. If you are approved for an online cash loan, the money is deposited in your account typically within 24 hours and usually sooner. Just fill out the short online application here. Usually they require information your bank account number, your social security number and information about your employer. If all these details are acceptable and you are approved, you will receive your payday loan which the lender will usually automatically withdraw from your account on your next payday.

No collateral? Do not worry about it

Lenders that offer these cash advances typically do not require any credit check, so it doesn’t matter what your credit looks like. They don’t even require collateral to go with your application. So this service is accessible to almost anyone who meets the minimum requirements. They may, however, deny your application if you have an outstanding loan with another lender.

Proving the critics wrong

Most critics of this b system take issue with the large interests that lenders charge their clients. They argue that lenders trap their borrowers in a credit dependency cycle. However, when used appropriately, these cash advances can work for and not against you because they are easy and convenient. The important thing to remember is that you should only apply for this loan in an emergency situation. It should not be a means to sustain your daily needs.

At the end of the day

Payday loans are an effective way to take care of that unforeseen emergency. Anyone who gets a pass for the needed requirements can access these fast payday loans. That being said, you should be careful not to borrow more than you can pay for.

So how do cash advances work for you? Let’s say you broke your leg. You wrecked your car. Your kid is in the hospital. You don’t have a lot of money in the bank. Your credit card is maxed out. You need to pay a hundred dollars in deductibles before your insurance company will step in. You need money and you need it now.

The Requirements

You don’t need to have a perfect credit history, you don’t need to earn seven digits a year, and you don’t even need to show collateral. Pretty much, as long as you can prove you can pay by the agreed date, you’re eligible for cash advances.

Things You Should Know Before You Get One

There are a few things you definitely need to keep in mind before you go mad pulling out multiple cash advances:

If you have urgent needs

Imagine getting through winter without a heater or waiting for the next payday to unclog your toilet. Alternative sources where you can get cash, like a bank loan, need to check almost everything about you. That takes a lot of time.

When it comes down to something that needs to be paid now, there’s no need for excessive scrutiny to delay the process. You need money right this instant, and a cash advance is your solution to the problem. For most cash advances, you don’t even need to wait a day. If you can catch them by phone or on the internet, you can even get cash transferred to your account in a matter of minutes.

If you’ve got a bad credit history

Everyone needs a second chance, but how will you get one if you aren’t even capable of getting on your feet? Cash advance creditors don’t care about your past. What they care about is that you need money right now. If you have the capacity to pay by the agreed upon date, then there’s no need for excessive examinations and credit scrutiny. It’s simple, easy and hassle-free.

If you need to pay once

Bills for broken appliances, repair services and insurance deductibles can come out when you least expect them, typically catching you by surprise. You may not be able to plan for their arrival, like an accident or the breakdown of essential home appliances, and you can’t simply ignore them. That’s where a cash advance comes in to cover the costs. However, you can’t depend on a cash advance to buttress your monthly bills and credit issues.

What a cash advance needs

Keep in mind that the speed and ease of an instant cash advance loan is something that comes at a price: fixed fees. You can go through your bank, but it’ll take days, thorough scrutinizing, and a heck of a lot of paperwork to get a typical loan from the bank.

If you need to get money quickly and hassle free to cover the costs of repairing a busted heater or patching up your child’s broken leg, you don’t mind paying a few dollars to the guys who’ll be lending you the money you need. As long as you responsibly pay your cash advances on time, you won’t have a problem with the modest fees attached to the cash advance.

Helping You Make the Right Choice

It’s a matter of time, need and history against paying a simple fee. Traditional banks want to make 500% sure that you’re eligible to pay before they even think of handing out a loan to you. But by the time you actually get hold of the cash, you’re probably going to have a much bigger problem on your hands. Keep this in mind as you ponder between getting cash advances and waiting until the problem reaches the point where you can’t do anything to solve it.

You can apply for payday loans when you meet a financial hurdle or any emergency situation.

Most of us use up our salary in a week’s time and are hanging on for our next payday. What if we meet an emergency situation like Rodney did?

Always be ready to face tough situations

Rodney’s child Randall loves to play soccer. Randall, who is still learning to play soccer, often gets hurt but his dad doesn’t worry about it as he knows that someday Randall will surely become a good soccer player. Rodney works at a factory almost 2 hours away from his home. He drives to work every day.

You can’t always plan what will happen to your finances

One day, Rodney’s car conked out, the very day he had promised his son that he would come to see his soccer match after work. Rodney was at the shop, just about to have his car fixed, when he got a call that Randall had injured his arm badly. Randall was soon admitted to the hospital with a dislocated arm and had to undergo surgery. The hospital was 40 minutes away from their home. Rodney was in deep despair. He desperately wanted to fix his car so that he could see his son daily at the hospital till he fully recuperated and he needed to pay for the medical expenses. Rodney did not have enough money in his bank account. He needed money immediately.

Immediate money with payday loans

Rodney’s friend, Dominic, who works at a bank, advised him to get a payday loan to help him in paying the medical expenses as well as fixing the car.

The Fast Cash You Need

If you are urgently in need of cash, then you can always apply for payday loans. The most convenient way to apply for the loan is the internet. The online forms hardly take more than a couple of minutes to fill out. You do not have to go through the process of documentation. In order to apply for this loan, typically you do not have to show your credit history. If you qualify, loan amounts of up to $1,500 are deposited in your account within 24 hours.

How do I pay back the payday loan?

You can repay the loan through your bank account when you get your next paycheck. You may even extend this time after seeking permission from your money lender. Although, the interest rate of payday loans may be slightly higher than some bank loans, many people around the world are going for such loans because they are readily available and can perfectly take care of financial crisis.

So did Rodney get a payday loan?

You bet! Rodney did what Dominic advised him and soon applied for a loan. He got it approved within minutes. Within a day, Rodney was able to get the loan approved, repair his car and pay for his child’s medical expenses. He paid the money by his next pay check. In the future, whenever he comes across such adverse situations, he will use payday loans.

Oh, the economy, my finances; a payday loan could help with both.

Old economy; old problem.

Everyone thought the financial fiasco would end on December 31st, 2008, and thus reduce our need for a payday loan. End of year means end of the chaos, right? Not so. This opera ain’t over until the fat lady sings and so far, she hasn’t even rented studio space for her warming up exercises. We all thought that at least things couldn’t get much worse. Ha ha!

The U.S. economy, pillar of strength and confidence for the whole world to gaze upon, is crumbling faster than many economists had feared. Employers are now slashing jobs by the thousands.

How’s your job holding out?

My job is still there. I work from home so if the office or the boss wants to talk to me, it means an email or a phone call. The emails are okay –I hear the ‘pinnnggg’ noise of an incoming email, and I can read the contents without even opening the letter on the screen. A quick scan reveals the contents. It’s the phone calls that I can’t handle. Every time the phone rings I go into a rigor of fear. I am sure it’s the office calling to say come in and collect your pink slip and final check. I’m a nervous wreck.

Old age?

I wonder if the boss knows that I am actually unemployable because of my age. I’m not going to tell him, and in fact I will go to great lengths to make sure he never finds out. I’ve been working happily for the past ten years. I took the job when I retired from the previous place at age 65 and I decided that I needed another challenge, another activity to keep me occupied.

The focus of the work interested me and there’s nothing wrong with learning a new subject at age 65. I somehow skated my way through the interview and have managed very well ever since. I need the work to remain sane and I need the work to stay alive.

Old finances; old problem.

I use the Payday Loan system regularly and it helps me out of some prickly situations. In my world there are a lot of ‘old’ things. The house is older than me and it’s showing definite signs of rapid decay, unlike me. Last month, in the depths of winter, the boiler went. This was rapidly followed by the oven, and now there’s an electrical fault that keeps blowing everything out and I can’t find it. The fact that I can’t bend far enough to peer into the belly of the switchboard recess doesn’t help either. I hope the electrician will be reasonable but it’s going to take a Payday Loan to get it fixed.

I will not bore you with the details and ailments of my car. Let’s just say that my car now runs on repair money and not fuel. Much of the time it just stands around awaiting reclassification as a collector’s item.

The Payday Loan solution

The Payday Loan solution is great and very convenient. I don’t even have to get onto my creaky old legs to file an application. I can do the whole thing from my seat in front of the computer. Have I told you about my computer and its incurable virus?

2008 is finally behind us, and for those of us who have been struggling financially, perhaps even borrowing payday loans from time to time, are relieved that 2009 has finally come around, bringing the hope of prosperity with it.

You may have found yourself in a quandary when it came time to set your New Year’s resolutions. Usually we make resolutions targeted toward family and personal goals, but this year many are wondering what we can to do to earn the extra cash we need to make it through another year of economic turmoil. After all, we have been promised another 18 months of it.

Where Do You Stand This Year?

If you have lost your job, your first priority, obviously, is finding work. That may prove to be quite difficult with more than 2.5 million others who have lost their jobs as well. Setting yourself apart from others is the key to employment this year as employers have the pick of the litter.

If you still have your job, you should be thankful that you do, and be more proactive at work, making yourself more valuable as an employee.

You can do this by taking on additional tasks or roles within your company. Employers are struggling, too, so this will make you a more valuable asset when decisions are made to cut some fat from the company. Your willingness to contribute to the success of the company will set you apart from the rest of your coworkers and the abundant pool of talent that is out of work and available for hire.

Financial Conservation in the New Year

Regardless of your situation, 2009 should have found you thinking more carefully about how to cut back or be more conservative when it comes to your finances.

In the event that you were to get laid off from your job, what measures do you have in place to support yourself and your family while finding work? Setting aside emergency cash while you are still working is a worthwhile investment for what may happen.

Unfortunately, third party financial help through a short-term payday loans may not be of use to you in times such as unemployment because many require proof of employment in order to utilize their short-term loan services. So that means it’s up to you to prepare now for what may be some difficult times ahead.

Taking Account of Your Personal Finances

In part II of the this article series on “Financial Preservation in 2009″, we will discuss a few strategies that you can use to to avoid being one of the many victims of today’s economy, but first it may be wise to take into account your current financial situation in regard to the debts you owe, your future employment outlook and your accounts and balances.

After doing so join us on the payday loans money blog for part two. We look forward to helping you brave the new year with the tools you need to come out on top.
