In part one of this series, readers learned that Twitter can be useful in creating additional income streams or just useful for fast cash in emergency situations. As we journey further into the opportunities for making money on Twitter, we’ll show you how to use it to save money in order to pay down debt or how it can be used to raise funds for charitable efforts.

The following ideas round out our series for making fast cash on Twitter:

Search for Deals

It is likely that you’ve fallen into debt because you’ve been paying too much for items that you use every day. Therefore, it is time to tighten your belt and start searching for deals on these items, instead. Make a list of the products that you regularly use and then go in search of their manufacturers on Twitter. Follow them to receive regular updates on sales and coupons being offered on many of these same items.

Also, follow coupon sites that offer a variety of different coupons or sites like Woot or SlickDeals, which offer or advertise a wide selection of deals on different items every day. While deal mining won’t put fast cash directly into your pockets, it will save you money that can be applied to your existing debt.

Solicit Donations

If you are raising money to benefit a charitable cause or if you are just in a tight bind and in need of a little fast cash till payday, ask your Twitter followers if they can share a few bucks to help you out. While this isn’t something you’d do every day, most people don’t mind contributing a dollar or two to charity or directly to your PayPal account when you need emergency cash. If fifty of your kindest followers are able to share two bucks, you’ve made $100 for your charitable efforts or to help you get out of a crunch. Chances are you’ll need more space than the 140 characters Twitter allows per tweet to explain your situation, which is where sites like ChipIn come in handy. By setting up an event there, you can explain your need and give your followers an opportunity to chip in. You may even want to offer an incentive, such as a service in exchange for donations. For example, if you are adept at making Twitter backgrounds or setting up WordPress blogs, offer your followers a special gift of one of these for the money that they donate.

Stay Home and Tweet

Twitter and other social networking sites are free to use and can introduce you to people all over the world. So instead of going out and spending money on admission, food, drinks, gas and other expenses, why not stay home and socialize online instead? Sure, it’s not face to face interaction, but it’s also not costing you an arm and a leg to participate. When trying to get out of debt, your focus has to be on saving money, so if you’re a social butterfly but fluttering from event to event in the real world is keeping you in debt, learn to tweet, instead.

While these tips on making money with Twitter won’t make you rich, each one of them can help you climb out of debt if you apply them properly. When you are in need of fast cash, it helps to think outside of the proverbial box and try things that you ordinarily wouldn’t. Bear in mind that, although Twitter does represent a money making opportunity, the key to success in any social networking activity is to personally engage those who are taking the time to follow you. Do not bombard people with advertising or financial requests simply because you have a need for fast cash. Instead, take the time to interact and build strong relationships and then, if you find yourself in need of emergency cash or swimming in debt, you are in a position to use these, and other, creative ways of turning your tweets into cash.

The insured and the uninsured can struggle with medical debt

It’s not uncommon for people to need a payday loan or cash advance to help pay down medical debt. Even those with medical insurance find themselves in a bind at times, due to insurance companies refusing to pay certain medical costs. Medical debt can be overwhelming, but there are certain things that consumers can do in order to maintain better control over this debt and even reduce it whenever possible.

Here are a few suggestions for managing medical debt:

Medical Debt Suggestion Number One – Track Services Rendered

When receiving treatment, keep track of various procedures, tests and medications used during your visit. It is not unusual for patients to be billed for things that were never a part of their examination or treatment. By writing down everything that took place during a medical visit, consumers are better equipped to dispute any false charges that may appear on a bill.

Medical Debt Suggestion Number Two – Decoding Your Bill

Do not be afraid to ask for help understanding your bill. Often, medical bills will contain special codes or jargon that the consumer is not familiar with. In order to properly understand your bill and to assure that you are not being overcharged, it is sometimes necessary to request that the hospital or medical provider provide a clearer explanation of each charge.

Medical Debt Suggestion Number Three – Request an Itemized Statement

Ask for an itemized statement. Even when the bill is not coded, some bills may group services together and lack a detailed explanation of charges. In order to avoid hidden costs or charges, consumers are advised to ask that their statements be itemized so that individual charges are clearly reflected.

Medical Debt Suggestion Number Four – Hold Your Insurance Company Accountable

Unfortunately, stressful medical debt occurs when insurance companies refuse to pay for services that their client was led to believe would be paid for. These bills can be the most stressful, because they are so surprising to the consumer who expected charges to be covered. When this happens, it is best to contact the hospital or medical provider who sent the bill and explain the insurance company’s refusal to pay. When doing so, it is important to also let the provider know that you will not be paying the cost yourself, but will take appropriate actions with your insurance company, instead. Most providers are used to dealing with this all too common issue and many even employ ombudsmen to assist you in this endeavor. At the very least, they are unlikely to add any penalties in terms of late charges to the bill and will more than likely extend the time for payment, thus giving you time to work the situation out with your insurance company.

Medical Debt Suggestion Number Five – Mistakes Happen

Always check your bill for possible mistakes and never agree to pay once an error is located. As estimated by the General Accounting Office, mistakes on hospital bills are common and average roughly $1,400 each time they occur. Considering that many bills contain codes foreign to the consumer or broad categories for charges, as detailed above, it is possible that much of the medical debt assessed is due to these mistakes and can be reversed.

Medical Debt Suggestion Number Six – Ask for Leniency

Even when you find that the medical bill received is accurate and that you are, in fact, responsible for paying the debt, it can be difficult to do so if you simply don’t have the cash to cover the cost. Besides considering a payday loan or cash advance, don’t be afraid to contact a billing representative directly and explain your situation. Many times, these agencies are more flexible in their repayment terms than lenders and credit companies. And, when consumers show an interest in paying but simply are unable to, they will often make arrangements involving a minimum payment and limit additional charges while a consumer makes installment payments on the balance. The real key here is communication. Keeping in touch with the billing agency and doing the best that you can to pay medical debt down often brings about leniency that just isn’t experienced with other debt companies.

While medical debt is often difficult to pay down, it is possible to do so and the suggestions detailed above can help. For emergency cash or a short-term installment loan, even with bad credit, a cash till payday scenario can help when there is nowhere else to turn. Emergencies happen and, when they do, we sometimes aren’t prepared for the cost, which is why advice like this should be embraced and utilized whenever possible.

Cash till Payday Bad Credit Ok

Let’s face it; there aren’t a lot of people or companies willing to lend cash till payday to a person with bad credit. The lower a person’s FICO score, the more of a risk they are considered to be, and most lenders aren’t willing to take such risks. Therefore, special lenders exist precisely to serve this population. They will lend cash till payday, bad credit and all. Specialized lenders, such as these, will take a chance on cash loans when no one else will. In fact, as long as a person has a job and their pay is direct deposited into their checking account, cash till payday lenders often will not even run a credit check.

Payday Loans offer emergency cash when needed

Understand that cash till payday loans shouldn’t be used for superficial things like partying on the weekends or buying a new designer wardrobe. Of course, cash till payday lenders don’t ask how the money will be used, so a person can spend the money anyway they choose. However, personal loans are generally only recommended for emergency situations or times when money is extremely tight. These loans are also useful when no other source of getting the money is identified. This means that, when money is desperately needed that can’t be earned or borrowed elsewhere, cash till payday can be that rescuing source.

Payday loans charge fees

Lenders charge people who borrow money. That’s just the way that it is. A person can have perfect credit and a great relationship with their lender, but guess what? The lender still requires a fee on cash loans. Payday cash advance companies are no different. Granted, these fees can sometimes be higher than what people are used to so, if money can be borrowed at a cheaper rate, people are encouraged to borrow from those sources. However, keep in mind that approval times can take longer with other sources and, depending on one’s credit rating, applications may or may not be approved. For anyone who needs fast cash, payday loans often may make the most sense. Keep in mind, also, that fees for these loans are mostly affordable as long as loans are repaid on time.

Why Personal Money Market for a Cash Till Payday Loan?

The answer to this question is simple. Personal Money Market understands that everyone’s situation is different. Therefore, different cash till payday lenders may be needed. Personal Money Market does not loan money. Instead, it matches applicants with lenders in their extensive network who are right for the applicant’s unique situation. This takes the time and guesswork out of shopping for the right loan, particularly when in the midst of an emergency or other pressing financial situation where time is of the essence.

Cash till payday applications and approvals are all processed online in a matter of minutes. There is no faxing required, monies can be deposited in your account the same day and, again, bad credit is okay. All that Personal Money Market is concerned with is getting you the loan that’s right for you in the fastest time possible. We understand emergencies and we’d like to help.

SuperCook makes recipes with what you have

We’ve all been there. It’s dinner time, and you’re already hungry, but no matter how many times you open and close the fridge and the cupboards, a brilliant idea or meal doesn’t magically appear. Instead of going the expensive route of going out to dinner, which few of us have the luxury of being able to afford, just hop on your computer and head to SuperCook, a web site that can help.

For instance, the other day I had these four items in my cupboard: brown rice, macaroni and cheese, a can of tuna fish and peanut butter. I just put those ingredients into SuperCook, and it says I have everything I need for two recipes. It also suggests some other recipes that only require a couple of other ingredients.

Save big bucks with SuperCook

I like the idea of SuperCook a lot, especially for those times when I’m waiting for cash till payday. SuperCook can really help when I can’t afford to go to the grocery store. There have been so many times when I’ve said “We have no food,” when that was not literally true.

Now when the cupboards start to get bare I can just plug in whatever is left and SuperCook will tell me what I can make. It kind of makes me wonder if I could ever actually eat everything in the house, really, and wait to go to the grocery store until every scrap of food is actually gone. If I really tried to do that, I’d probably end up saving a lot of money.

Recipes from SuperCook

I plugged in a few different lists of ingredients into SuperCook to see what kinds of recipes it would come up with, and here are a few.

Macaroni Pie

•	32 ounces elbow macaroni
•	3 eggs
•	3 cups milk
•	4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
•	1/4 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS
1.	Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2.	Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add macaroni and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
3.	Beat eggs and milk together. Pour half of the cooked macaroni into 9×13 inch baking dish. Cover macaroni with half of the cheese. Pour remaining macaroni into baking dish leaving a little room at the top. Cover with remaining cheese. Pour egg mixture over macaroni. Sprinkle with salt.
4.	Bake in a preheated over for an hour or until a knife inserted comes out clean.

Meal in a Muffin Pan

•	1 (15 ounce) can corned beef hash
•	6 eggs
•	salt and pepper to taste
•	1 (8.5 ounce) package corn bread/muffin mix
DIRECTIONS
1.	Grease a 12-cup muffin pan. Divide hash into six of the cups; press into the bottom and up the sides to form a shell. Break an egg into each shell; season with salt and pepper. Mix muffins according to package directions. Spoon batter into the other six cups. Bake at 400 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or until muffins are golden brown and eggs are cooked to desired doneness.

Shirly’s Mom’s Cheese Strata

•	12 slices bread, each slice buttered then cubed (pepperidge farm white – use whole loaf)
•	3/4 lb grated new york white cheddar cheese
•	2 1/4 cups milk
•	1 teaspoon salt
•	1 teaspoon dry mustard
•	4 beaten eggs
•	1/2 cup butter, melted
DIRECTIONS
1.	Butter and cube each slice of bread.
2.	Alterante cubed bread and cheese in well greased 9×13 pan.
3.	Mix the remaining ingredients together.
4.	Pour over top.
5.	Sprinkle pepper or paprika over top.
6.	Cover and refrigerate overnight.
7.	To bake, preheat oven 325 degrees.
8.	Place pan in pan of water (use foil pan larger than 9×13).
9.	Bake covered for 25 minutes.
10.	Uncover and bake for 20 more minutes.
