Upon graduation from college, he was drafted again by The Texas Rangers.  He played with the Rangers from 2003 to 2007, Atlanta from 2007 to 2008 and was traded in July 2008 to the Anaheim Angels, and then at the end of his 2008 season entered free agency as one the most sought after free agents.  In his MLB tenure, he’s won two Golden Gloves and two Silver Bats, and can play first and third base as well as outfield.  Oh yeah, and on top of all that, he is one of only five players that hit 100 home runs in his first three seasons; one of the other members of that list is Yankee legend Joe DiMaggio.  With a career like this, one doubts that he would have to get payday loans to cover the move from LA to New York.
